This website has both short term and a long term objectives.

The short term objective is to reduce your anxiety about the coming AI enabled future that everyone is talking about. It does that by offering you information and perspectives about how various forms of AI work, what they can do for you, and also identifies and describe some of the risks that AI may bring with it into the future. Information is power. Accurate information is security, even if there are also risks that remain.

The long term objective has two aspects. At your level, as a individual user, the partnership between you and the AI-works-for-me.com organization is to offer each subscriber access to their own AI applications and programs that are purposely constructed to support each user’s personal goals, objectives and concerns. These AI entities will be personalized and secure. This means that only the users can access individual interactions with their AI system and their history. The AI agents data and processing, including the Large Language Models and transformer architectures of the agents, will be managed by technology professionals such that each user maintains transparency into how it’s personal AI agents access data and develop their outputs. All data used by the AI agents will be curated by experts, annotated where appropriate, and approved as well as owned by the impacted user.

At the broader, macro level, each user’s AI agents — but only at the users direction and with the user’s permission — will also be able to access other agents’ AI systems. For example, to answer the question: When is your old college friend available for lunch in Manhattan? If the AI agents, both yours and the friend’s AI agents in the system, have the requisite permissions, your AI would make the connections and then be able to report back to you: “Next Thursday would work, and preferably at Rosa’s Cantina in Midtown at about 12:30 pm. Does that time work for you? Also, just so you know, you have nothing on your schedule that is visible to me at that time.” Likewise, the AI could schedule work events and make travel arrangements, etc.

In short, in both in the short and the longer term, the goal is to allow you to say with confidence: “AI work for me!”
